Bundles

Bundles let you group related books together, such as a book series, anthology, or collection of related works.

Note: In the interface, bundles are called Bundles. They represent series, trilogies, or any collection of related books.

Creating a Bundle

  1. Navigate to Bundles (Cmd/Ctrl+2)
  2. Click New Bundle or the + button
  3. Enter a name for the bundle
  4. Click Create

The Bundles View

The Bundles view shows all your bundles as cards. Each card displays:
- Bundle Name - The series/collection name
- Book Count - Number of books in the bundle
- Book Previews - Thumbnails of included books

Adding Books to a Bundle

From the Bundle Edit Page

  1. Click on a bundle to open it
  2. Click Add Book
  3. Select books from the list
  4. Books are added to the bundle

From the Books View

Books in bundles show the bundle name on their card.

Reordering Books in a Bundle

Arrange books in your preferred order:
1. Open the bundle
2. Drag books to reorder
3. Order is saved automatically

This order is used when displaying the bundle and can affect export organization.

Editing a Bundle

  1. Click on a bundle card to open it
  2. Edit the bundle name
  3. Add or remove books
  4. Changes save automatically

Bundle Properties

Removing Books from a Bundle

  1. Open the bundle
  2. Find the book you want to remove
  3. Click the remove/X button
  4. The book is removed but not deleted

The book still exists in your project; it's just no longer part of this bundle.

Deleting a Bundle

  1. Right-click the bundle card
  2. Select Delete Bundle
  3. Confirm the deletion

Note: Deleting a bundle does NOT delete the books inside it. Books remain in your project, just ungrouped.

In the Books view, books show their bundle membership:
- Bundle name appears on book cards
- Click the bundle name to go to that bundle
- Ungrouped books show no bundle indicator

Best Practices

  1. Meaningful names - Use clear series/collection names
  2. Maintain order - Keep books in reading order
  3. One bundle per series - Avoid over-categorizing
  4. Use for related work - Group books that belong together
  5. Description notes - Add context about the bundle
