Your whole story on a few pages, ready to print and mark up.

  • The Synopsis. A new view beside Corkboard and Outliner reads your book, or just the chapter you’re in, as a finished document: every chapter and scene title, each followed by its synopsis. The point-of-view character leads each synopsis in capitals, so you can follow who carries the story. Double-click any title or synopsis to rewrite it right there on the page.
  • Print it, then take a pen to it. Export the synopsis as a PDF on US Letter or A4. Leave a third of each page blank for your notes, on the right or the left, and rule it like a legal pad if you like. No scene is split across two pages.
  • Rename a scene where you see its name. The trail at the top of the page (chapter › scene) now shows the scene’s title. Double-click it to rename the scene without going to the sidebar.
